ORMD air compressor’s intelligent control system features a high-performance PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a high-definition LCD screen, integrating one-key start-stop and fully automatic operation. Designed to simplify operations, enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention, it ensures stable, energy-saving operation for factories, workshops and construction sites.

The advanced PLC, as the system core, boasts strong anti-interference and high stability, real-time collecting and processing key operating parameters (air pressure, temperature, gas production, motor load). The user-friendly LCD screen with a clear, simple interface displays all operating statuses and data intuitively, enabling operators to easily view information without professional training, realizing visual equipment management.

The one-key start-stop function simplifies operation significantly: a single button completes automatic start-up or shutdown, avoiding complex manual steps and human-induced misoperations, saving time and labor especially for frequent start-stop scenarios.

Its highlight is the fully automatic operation. After presetting air pressure and parameters, the system runs independently without monitoring, automatically adjusting motor speed and air volume based on actual demand to keep output pressure stable. It stops when the air tank reaches the upper pressure limit and restarts at the lower limit, ensuring stable supply and energy saving.

Additionally, it has complete fault self-diagnosis and alarm functions. The PLC quickly detects abnormalities (overheating, overpressure, phase loss, etc.), with real-time fault display and alerts on the LCD screen, helping resolve issues promptly, reduce downtime and maintenance costs, and extend equipment service life.
