What equipment is included in the entire air compression treatment system?

The entire air compression system and gas supply system typically include the following core equipment, classified by function as follows:

1 Air compression equipment
Air compressor host: the core equipment that compresses air through mechanical motion. Common types include screw type, piston type, centrifugal type, etc.
Drive device: Electric motor (most commonly used) or diesel engine, providing power to the compressor.
Air intake filtration device: filters dust and impurities in the air to protect the internal components of the compressor.

2 Compressed air treatment equipment
Aftercooler: Reduce the temperature of compressed air to condense water vapor for subsequent separation.
Gas liquid separator: Separate impurities such as moisture and oil from compressed air.
Drying machine: removes moisture from compressed air. Common types include refrigerated drying machines and adsorption drying machines.
Filter: Further filter oil mist, solid particles, etc. in compressed air, classified into primary and precision levels according to accuracy.

3 Storage and transportation equipment
Gas storage tank: stabilizes air pressure, stores compressed air, and buffers system pressure fluctuations.
Gas pipeline: connects various equipment and transports compressed air, mostly made of stainless steel, seamless steel pipe, or specialized plastic pipeline.
Valves and instruments: including globe valves, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, pressure sensors, etc., used to control airflow and monitor system status.

4 Auxiliary and control system
Lubrication system (partial compressor): Provides lubrication for moving parts, such as the lubricating oil circulation system of screw compressors.
Control system: PLC or intelligent control module, realizing automatic management of compressor start stop, pressure regulation, fault alarm, etc.
Sewage discharge device: Regularly discharge the separated oil-water mixture to keep the system clean.

These devices work together to achieve a complete process from air intake, compression, purification to stable gas supply, and are widely used in industries, healthcare, pneumatic tools, and other fields.
