Recently, ORMD’s independently developed and manufactured screw air compressor series – including models D45EVA, D75EVA, D110ELVA, D110EVA, D132EVA, D160EVA, and D250EVA – has successfully passed the national energy efficiency certification test conducted by the Shanghai Quality Supervision and Inspection Technology Research Institute, a national authoritative testing body. All core energy efficiency indicators fully comply with the GB19153 standard, with test results exceeding the national Level 1 energy efficiency requirements, fully demonstrating the enterprise’s core competitiveness in energy-saving technology.

 

 

This certification test was conducted in strict compliance with GB 19153 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Volumetric Air Compressors", covering key energy efficiency parameters such as specific power, input power, and exhaust pressure. Following multiple rounds of rigorous testing by professional technicians, the actual operating specific power of ORMD’s air compressors in this series has been reduced by over 6% compared to the limit specified in the national Level 1 energy efficiency standard, ranking among the leading positions in the same power class of air compressor products.

 

As a long-standing manufacturer deeply engaged in the air compressor industry, ORMD has always regarded "green energy conservation" as the core focus of its R&D efforts. This series integrates core technologies including high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motors, intelligent frequency conversion control systems, and two-stage compression.
